FAQs

Is the wedding outdoors?

Both the ceremony and the reception will be hosted indoors. The cocktail hour will be on the outdoor patio.

Do I really need to wear a mask?

Masks will not be worn during the ceremony, but a masquerade mask will be required to access the bar during the reception.

Are kids invited?

We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! So unfortunately no kids are allowed.

What will the weather be like?

It will most likely be in the 60s-70s. We recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day.

Where should I stay?

The Green Valley Ranch Resort is a 6-minute drive from the venue (www.greenvalleyranch.com). There are a handful of other hotels in the area for you to choose from.

When should I get there?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm (PST). You are welcome to come into the venue as early as 3:30 pm. We recommend arriving by 3:45 pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

What should I wear?

We ask that you wear formal attire for the ceremony. As is tradition, please do not wear white or ivory as these colors are reserved for the bride.
Our masquerade reception will be fancy, formal, and fun! We want you to enjoy the formal masquerade themed attire. See the "Dress Code" tab of our website for examples. We are excited to see how elaborate our guests will dress!

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, champagne will be offered during cocktail hour and there will be a hosted bar from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Can I park at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. We recommend Uber/Lyft if you plan on partaking in the hosted bar.

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Will there be dancing?

Of course! We advise you stick to the dress code, but please wear comfortable shoes!

Can I take pictures?

We have paid for professional photographers to capture the ceremony, so we ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Some of these photos will be posted on social media for viewing purposes. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
